We recently spent a wonderful week in the Adelaide region, South Australia. It is a special state as it is the only that borders all other mainland states. Also known as the wine state – and for good reason! We shared a few special days enjoying the views and produce of the Barossa Valley, cozied up in an 1800’s stone cottage. The vines we fading from shades of yellow through to red as we moved between the Barossa and Eden Valley’s.
A few kilo’s heavier we took to the skies with our good friend Mike who flew us to the Tuna capitol (Port Lincoln) to meet some dear friends for lunch.
There is something so magic about the colours of the southern ocean. We watched them roll in while we sat perched on the sand dunes eating King George whiting and other seafood treats.
From it’s scenery to it’s people – South Australia is a truly beautiful place.
